Managing Director of Planned Television Arts
For the past 25 years David Hahn has counseled hundreds of clients, helping each one to develop their unique brand and execute an effective publicity campaign. Named Managing Director of Planned TV Arts (a division of Ruder Finn) in 2007, David oversees all of the agency's operations, including: Full-Service Book Publicity Campaigns, Satellite TV Tours, Morning Drive Radio Tours, Celebrity-Matching Services, Corporate Media Tours, and Online Marketing Services. He also continues to supervise PTA's award-winning Business Book Division.

Deborah Kohan

Vice President
Director of PTA en Español

Deborah Kohan is Vice President and Director of PTA en Español at Planned Television Arts. Since joining PTA in 1994, Deborah has coordinated publicity campaigns for various health, consumer, and publishing clients including the Cleveland Clinic Press, Castle Connolly Medical (“America’s Top Doctors” Lists), Jewish National Fund, Jack Klugman, Janet Evanovich (St. Martin’s), Dean Koontz (Bantam), Sophie Kinsella (Dial), General Tommy Franks (Harper Collins), Senator John Edwards (Harper Collins) and several authors from Harlequin Publishers.

Sharon Farnell is the Director of PTA's Faith Division where she works with Christian authors and publishers overseeing publicity campaigns for their religious-themed and general market titles. Since joining Planned Television Arts in 1997, Sharon has been instrumental in helping Christian publishers reach both the Christian and mainstream audience and has successfully placed her clients on Oprah, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The View, Fox News Channel, CNN, 700 Club, The Hour of Power, as well as several national publications and radio shows.
